Cadet Co-op is back! The training year program is now available to any cadet who is an Ontario resident and currently attending an Ontario High School. New this year: Cadets can work towards 2 credits, however, if they complete additional hours, they can receive 3 or even 4 credits! (90 hours of cadet training per credit, plus assignments) Attached are registration forms and FAQs geared towards the parents (who will realistically be the ones with the questions). One important item to note is even though UCDSB appears on the forms, cadets do not have to be students from UCDSB to participate. UCDSB is simply the administrative body for the program approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education. If anyone has questions (cadets and parents included), please contact Ronald Holla at [email protected]. If a cadet participated in the past, they can also participate again this year. The training year program is unique only to OSLA and SEOA, whereas the summer program is open to cadets across Ontario. Cadets that are interested in signing up for the program must complete the forms attached, and email them, along with their transcript to: [email protected]
