Scentsy! All payments can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques are payable to Cheri Genereaux. All orders must be in prior to November 30th. No late orders will be accepted. It will take approximately two weeks for the order to arrive (just in time for Christmas) Click below for details and order forms. We have the opportunity to sell these beautiful planters and wreaths once again this year. Made by hand from evergreen, spruce, white cedar and pine, these festive bouquets are made to order by CC Farms in Yarker, just north of Napanee, and include colourful accents of sumac, ilex and dog wood. A form is attached, which you can use to keep track of your orders. The squadron will submit the complete order, with full payment, on Wednesday, November 23, so please ensure you receive payment at the time of the order. Cheques can be made payable to 608 Duke of Edinburgh SSC. All orders and payment must be submitted on or before our DEADLINE, which is Wednesday, November 23. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE FULFILLED. The complete order will be delivered to the Belleville Armouries for customer pick-up on Wednesday, November 30. This fund-raiser proved to be a great success in 2015! POPPY DAY - FRI 04 NOV 16 Cadets to be at the Armouries at 1630hrs (4:30 PM). Cadets normally attending junior band, drill team, and exertion team will need to be attendance for Poppy Day. Parent volunteer drivers needed. Dress is winter dress with parka, wedge and toque. Cadets permitted to wear their own black gloves. Supply to be open for cadets needing uniform pieces/parkas. Expected time of completion 2100hrs (9:00 PM). Depending on traffic. FALL FTX - SAT 05 NOV - SUN 06 NOV 16 Click for Kit list and parent letter. Please note time change. Cadets to be at the Armouries for 0730 hrs Saturday. Expected time of return 1600 hrs (4:00 pm) Sunday. Health card required to board bus. REMEMBRANCE DAY - FRI 11 NOV 16 Cadets to be at the Armouries at 0930 hrs. Dress is winter dress with black gloves. Receptions will be held at The ANAF Duke of Edinburgh Unit 201, 187 Front Street, and at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 99, 132 Pinnacle St., after the ceremony. Friday evening practices will be decided based on strength after the parade. BELLEVILLE SANTA CLAUS PARADE - SUN 20 NOV 16 Cadets to be at Exhibition Park at the corner of Bridge St W & Sidney St at 1530 hrs (3:30 pm). Pick-up will be at the corner of N. Front St & King George Square. All cadets invited to attend to march in the parade. Parade route found here. Dress is winter dress with parka. TRENTON SANTA CLAUS PARADE - SUN 27 NOV 16 Cadets to meet in front of The Duncan McDonald Memorial Arena at Centennial Park in Trenton at 1530 hrs (3:30 pm). Parade will end up dispersing at Queen St. Dress is winter dress with parka. ANNUAL VALIDATION/DETAILED MEDICAL VERIFICATION DUE DATE - 30 NOV 16 Cadets that do not complete by deadline are not permitted to attend any further cadet activity.
