Cadets, We are considering making a video production and need your help! We would like to feature as many of you as possible playing or singing our National Anthem. Our plan would be to compile your submissions into a virtual band/choir video to showcase not only your talents but our strength and resilience together in this unusual time. What do you need to do? - record a cellphone video of yourself playing or singing O Canada (music attached). For those who are in bands, a tempo of 108 please and thank you! - If you choose to sing O Canada, please use the bilingual lyrics found here: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/celebrate/pdf/national_anthem_e.pdf - have an appropriate background (we don't want to see the dirty laundry in the corner of the room) - it would be great if you did this in uniform so we can highlight that you are cadets and have all three elements doing this together - send the video to us at [email protected] and we will take care of the video editing - send this to your friends who are cadets in Ontario so that we can have as many participants as possible! Questions? If you have questions about this project, please send us a message on one of our Facebook pages, Ontario Cadets or Cadets de l'Ontario. Our public affairs staff will be happy to discuss it with you. Thank you in advance for your participation! ![]()
